Upon selecting your new garage door and approving your quote we will order your new garage door communicating updates as provided from our manufacture throughout the entire process. Upon arrival of your new garage door we will contact you for a convenient date for installation. Delivery and installation will be completed all within one business day. What to expect throughout your garage door installation.

Design Selection
Upon selecting a time that works best for you a technician will come out to take measurements, go over any designs or models you're interested in, and answer any questions you may have. We offer a variety of garage doors that will fulfill any idea, dream, or vision you may have for your home. A wide selection ranging from steel, wood, full view glass with hundreds of designs and models to choose from. Our sales consultant will provide you with any brochures you're interested in as well as color samples if desired. Once selection of your new garage door has been made you’ll receive your estimate the same day in most cases.

Communication
Upon approval of the estimate your order will be placed with our manufactures directly; communicating all provided updates. Once your garage doors arrive they will be inspected before accepting them from our manufacturers to ensure your new doors are in great condition before installation. Lastly, a representative will contact you to schedule your installation date.

Install Day
The most exciting part of ordering your new garage door is the install day! We will contact you when we are within 30 minutes of our arrival time. Upon arrival we will walk through your garage with you making sure everyone is on the same page as communication is key to a successful install. Once the install is completed we will begin the clean up phase which includes leaving the garage as if we were never there. Hauling away your old door if necessary is included. The final phase and most important is the final walk through with you revealing your new garage door. Lastly we will follow up within 2 weeks to verify all your expectations have been met along with a review request.
Selecting a New Garage Door
Measurements of Garage Door
The first step in selecting your new garage door is measuring the width and height of your door opening for the desired door. Common sizes for garage door openings include:
Standard Two Car- 16’x7’ or 16’x8’
Deluxe Two Car- 18’x7’ or 18’x8’
One Car Garage- 8’x7’ or 8’x8’
Note: If you measure your current door sections it will be one inch longer than the size of the opening (16’ opening will have sections about 16’1”)

Select Door Material
Selecting which material for your new garage door can at times be challenging depending on what goals you have for your home. Don’t worry we're here to help you make the best selection for your garage door needs.
Steel Garage Doors- Most common type of garage door with a wide variety of colors, finishes, and window options/designs.
Aluminum Garage Doors- Includes two full view glass door options with multiple glass designs/tints and layouts.
Wood Doors- Options including different wood doors up to wood covered steel doors in a variety of designs. (order times may be longer due to customization and availability of materials)

Choose Level of Insulation
When choosing the amount of insulation for your garage door make sure you consider a few things.
How do you use your garage?(gym, cars, storage, work area, ect.)
The Colorado climate and adding a barrier from the hot or cold.
When selecting insulation the R-values indicate the amount of insulation in the door, and some insulation options vary depending on material.
Insulation options vary depending on manufacture selection and model selection ranging from non-insulated to R 16 value.
Select Design/Color
After selecting the type of door and the insulation you would like there are a variety of options depending on the prior choices for design, color, and window selection.
Steel Doors- Traditional, Ranch, Cottage, Carriage, and Contemporary layouts that come with customizable window placement and designs. Most models come in Bright White, Almond, Sandstone, Brown, Dark wood grain, and medium wood grain (wood grain not in all styles).
Aluminum Doors- Full view glass doors have options for window sizes and placement. Infinity Classic™ available in many designs that give a wood finish look without the upkeep of a wooden door. Full view glass doors available in Clear Anodized, Dark Bronze Anodized, and Black Anodized. Most available in wood grain including Light Ash, Dark Ash, Light Cherry, Dark Cherry, Light Fir, Dark Fir, Mahogany, Dark Walnut, and Italian Rosewood.
Wood Doors- Many custom layouts to choose from with window options. Finished or unfinished wood doors that can be stained or painted.
Window Selection
Glass Finishes- Bronze, Clear, Glue chip, Grey, Greylite #31, Mistlite, Obscure, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Satin Etch, Mirrorpane, Plexiglass, Misco Wire, Barique Wire, and Seedy Glass.
*Some colors, glass inserts, and designs, are only available in specific designs or materials.

Majority of the parts are built to last a minimum of 10,000 cycles. A cycle is one opening and closing of your door. Other examples of parts that begin to break around 10,000 cycles are the hinges, rollers, and/or bearings.
